I'm pretty new to golf, so I don't have a lot of experience with different putters. I was using a Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2.5+. It's slightly heavier in the head then the Void Goliath and the shaft angle is more vertical than the Void. Also, the SC is toe weighted whereas the Void is face balanced. Other comparisons, the grip on the SC is skinnier than the Void. I love the Void grip.
All in all, I find the Void easier and more accurate to use then my Scotty Cameron. 1. Because of the less weight in the head, I don't waver in my stroke as much.
2. The face balanced head also helps me stroke more accurate and consistant. So far, I've been able to lower the number of putts on the green...for the most part. I'm a fan now. The Scotty Cameron has been retired.
