Returns & Refund policy

Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us.

1. General

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for Non-Customized Putters:Non-customized putters that are undamaged can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns for Customized Putters:Customized putters featuring specific requests (such as adjustable loft and lie angles, custom lengths, paint fill, grips, or engravings) are non-refundable unless a defect exists or an error is made on our part. Please inspect your custom putter upon reception and contact us immediately if it’s defective or incorrect.

Note: Blemished Clubs are final sale and non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of your club in its current condition at support@voidputter.com. All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is received we will do a physical inspection before finalizing the acceptance. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as they will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@voidputters.com.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 5 days of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have commenced, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. Note: Blemished Clubs are also final sale and cannot be canceled.

7. Inspection for Refund

All returned putters are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. The item must be in its original condition, free of damage or signs of use. Returns may be refused if the putter shows signs of abuse or neglect.

Abuse and Neglect Clause:We expect our customers to handle our putters with care and responsibility during the 30-day evaluation period. While minor wear and tear associated with normal use is acceptable, we reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the putter shows clear signs of abuse, neglect, or intentional damage. Abuse and neglect include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical Damage: Significant scratches, dents, or fractures that affect the integrity of the putter.
  • Improper Use: Using the putter for purposes other than its intended design (e.g., hitting hard objects or using it in extreme conditions like severe weather).
  • Alterations: Any modifications made to the putter after purchase, including but not limited to painting, altering grips, or changing components without our prior approval.
  • Poor Handling: Mishandling, such as dropping the putter, failing to follow care instructions, or using inappropriate equipment with the putter.

Our commitment is to ensure that our products offer the best performance and quality. Therefore, if we determine that a putter has been subjected to abuse or neglect, we reserve the right to reject the return request or issue a reduced refund that reflects the condition of the item upon inspection.

By purchasing from Void Golf LLC, you acknowledge that you accept responsibility for the putter’s care and handling, and you agree to our terms regarding the abuse and neglect clause.

8. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a non-customized putter within the 30-day period, please reach out to our customer service team at support@voidputter.com with your order details and photos of your club in its current condition. All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

After we receive your returned putter, we will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If not approved, the putter will be returned to you.

9. Additional Information

Custom Requests Defined:Custom requests include specific modifications such as loft and lie angles, length adjustments, paint fill, grips, and engravings.

Defective or Incorrect Items:If you receive a defective or incorrect customized putter, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing Time:Please allow a reasonable time for refund processing after inspection completion.

Damages and Issues:Examine your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so we can address the situation effectively.

Exchanges:To obtain a different item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase once the return is approved.

Refund Notifications:You will receive a notification upon the receipt and inspection of your return, informing you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If not approved, the putter will be returned to you. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
