1. General
Production Time:
Each of our clubs is meticulously milled from raw materials and hand-assembled to meet your custom specifications. Our typical production time is 7-10 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and custom requests. For customized orders, please allow up to an additional 3 weeks. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may further affect production timelines, and we will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. International shipping generally takes 6-10 business days, depending on the provider and destination. Please allow an overall estimated delivery window of 10-20 business days from the date of purchase, factoring in production and shipping time. Custom requests or material availability delays may extend this time frame.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Void Golf LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges, including tariffs or import taxes, are the customer’s responsibility and must be handled directly with your local customs office.
3. Damages and Issues
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these are typically required for claims processing. If your package is lost during transit, we will assist you in communicating with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
4. International Shipping Policy
For international orders, delivery times may vary. We use APC Postal Logistics, which partners with your country’s postal service and major shipping providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. While we provide shipping estimates at checkout, they may fluctuate. Please allow up to 6 weeks from the time your order leaves our facility for delivery. 5. Legal Notice Regarding Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider but is not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping partner. The customer must follow the claim process set forth by the shipping provider.
At its discretion, Void Golf LLC may choose to reship the item one time, free of charge, after the shipping provider verifies and approves the claim. If the claim is denied, or the one-time reshipment has already been utilized, Void Golf LLC holds no further liability for the undelivered package.
By placing an order with Void Golf LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy regarding undelivered packages.
