in reference to the product, which is the actual putter, it is amazing, the finish and the milling request that I asked for our perfect. It is a stunning piece of hardware and definitely the envy of my friends for new putters.
I’m being said they were a few things that were difficult during my process, it was not easy to get a hold of someone at void putters, there is no one on the phones and email responses were sparse until the very end of the process. Besides that it took a very, very long time to receive my putter, about double what they say on their website.
However, the putter does get a five out of five for me.
Switched to this putter from my professionally fitted Adell putter. The feel is perfect and my back stroke is on point finally! I could not be any happier. I am now thinking of ordering the mallet!
Great looking and feeling putter
Olive Drab USVG Saber
It was an anticipated arrival of my new Olive Drab Saber putter... and it has not disappointed. I just randomly came across VOID and was attracted to the look and design of their putters. I asked a few questions to the VOID team and got responses from them. Everything was handled as hoped and expected with replies as well as timelines once I placed my order. Essentially, I liked the "science" behind the design and liked the look of the putter itself. So I ultimately ordered mine. I have played with it a few times and I have loved the feel and the performance thus far. I love the balanced face... there seems to be no toe or heel heavy feel to it. I love the smooth bottom of the putter as it eliminates almost all opportunities to snag some blades of grass. It feels solid with maybe a little more weight than other putters, but I like that.
I definitely get a solid feel when hitting putts. The look is great and it is just appealing to my eye when addressing a putt. And let's be honest, if you feel like a putter looks good and is appealing to your eye at set up, chances are you like the putter. This is true for me here. The lie angle is also just right on point for my set up. To me, it is very traditional with the putter head and shaft set up. I really have enjoyed this putter thus far in the initial few rounds. Alignment is easy. I know one of the main features in the design of this putter is the distance control with "off-center" hits. Realistically, I am still working on learning the putter for general distance while also on different courses. So I have found any distance concerns to be with the puttee not the putter. Which may primarily always be the case. I do not have any wild imaginations that this putter will solve any and all distance control problems.
Overall, I am super happy with my new Olive Drab Saber putter. I honestly get excited to go putt with it.
